The Encore Planning Process

  1. Contact Encore via Phone or e-mail to set up your initial consultation

  2. Meet your event MC (Host) & Production Team in our long island office

  3. During the Meeting, we envision and pick the Event style of your dreams

  4. after agreeing on a vision, the Encore Team will hold your date for 2 weeks

  5. Once You decide we are a perfect match, we can sign an official contract locking in your performers & date. Now, we can begin planning your celebration

  6. about a month prior to your event date, we will have a final consult & go through every specific regarding your event.

  7. time to celebrate (Show Time: our favorite Part)
